Seminoles Hold off Wolpack Women, 74-70

April Traylor scored 22 points and sparked a second-half rally for the Seminoles.
Traylor scored 16 second-half points as the Seminoles came back from a 10-point deficit to win their Atlantic Coast Conference opener. Brooke Wyckoff added 16 points, including 11 in the second half.
North Carolina State broke a 40-40 tie by scoring 10 straight points during a four-minute stretch in the middle of the second half. But Florida State (9-2, 1-0) took the lead with a 24-11 run that included 14 points by Traylor.
Tynesha Lewis led North Carolina State (9-2, 1-1) with 19 points, while Carisse Moody added 16. Levys Torres scored 13 for Florida State.
The win was Florida State's first over a ranked opponent since Jan. 12, 1993, when it beat Maryland.
The Seminoles led 28-26 at halftime.
