Wolfpack Women Enjoying Hawaii

The early morning tip gave the team a free afternoon to enjoy the sun and surf of beautiful Waikiki Beach. Most of the team relaxed either on the beach or at the pool before heading out to dinner.
Amelia Labador's family, who lives in Hawaii, along with her parents who traveled to Honolulu from North Carolina, hosted an outdoor Polynesian feast for the team and staff members at Magic Island. The beachside park had great views of not only the Pacific Ocean, but also Diamond Head and the Honolulu skyline. After enjoying a delicious meal, the team watched the beautiful Hawaiian sunset and enjoyed time together in the park.
After returning to the hotel, the Wolfpack Women had time to browse the nearby shops. Many watched the Honolulu Christmas parade, complete with Santa Claus dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, as it passed in front of the Sheraton Moana Surfrider.
The Pack headed off to bed early in preparation for Saturday's game against Arkansas in the second round of the Wahine Classic. Be sure to listen to the game on WKNC-88.1 FM or on via the website at approximately 8:30 p.m. EST. Go Wolfpack!
