Warman Named 2nd Team All-ACC

RALEIGH , NC (Nov. 2, 2000) -- NC State freshman forward Katherine Warman was named second team
All-ACC Wednesday evening at the ACC Soccer Banquet at the Durham Hilton. In
addidtion, Warman was also named to the first ever ACC All-Freshman Team.
She is the first NC State player to capture such an honor since 1996 when
Stephanie Sanders was named first team All-ACC.
The Maple Ridge, British Columbia native stands fourth on the team in scoring while registering game-winning goals in wins over UNC Asheville (3-1) and Campbell (2-0). Warman, a player on the under-19 Canadian National Team, has started every game for the Wolfpack this season.
