Men's Golf Places Second At Stanford Invitational

The NC State men's golf team finished second at the Nelson Golf
Tournament in Stanford, California, on Oct. 29.
The Wolfpack finished just four shots behind tournament champion Duke. The Blue Devils captured the event with an 862 while the Wolfpack shot an 866.
Ross Wellington and Jason Moon tied for 15th as they each shot a 217, including a 68 by Wellington on Oct. 29. Chris Mundorf and Mark Tullo also tied for 20th overall with a 219, while David Sanchez was 64th overall with a 228.
