Rosenthal Claims Flight "C" Title

Raleigh, NC (Oct. 15) - NC State sophomore Brian Rosenthal, a native of Boca Raton, Florida, outlasted teammate Shane Sealy 6-4, 6-4 to claim the flight "C" title in the NC State Fall Invitational Oct. 15 at the Wolfpack Tennis Center. Sealy took second in the flight. Later, Rosenthal teamed with fellow Wolfpacker Jagjeet Sandhu to take fifth overall in flight "D" action. Freshman Michael Carducci also defeated also Bruno Coelho of Liberty to capture third place in the "B" flight, 6-3, 6-3. Also in doubles, juniors Ryan Boward and Bryce McGrory defeated Ricardo Shinozaki and Coelho of Liberty 8-1 to take third place in "B" flight action.
NC State will next compete in the ITA Regional Championships November 1-6 in Chapel Hill, NC.
