Wolfpack Women Compete At ACC Indoors

CHAPEL HILL, NC (January 21, 2000) -- NC State's Marissa Gildemeister defeated Ana Stiglic of Clemosn 6-1, 6-2 and Courtney Zalinski of North Carolina to advance to the round of 16 at the ACC Indoor Championships hosted at the University of North Carolina.

The Pack's Katrina Gildemeister won her first round match-up against Cinny Clauson of Clemson 6-0, 6-2 before falling to Christie Schweer of Virginia.

Other participants from State are Francie Barragan, Brie Glover, Kristen Nicholls, Landis Strader, Loni Worsley, and Myrna Bawono. Play will resume on Saturday morning.
