2020 Tennis For Life Post-Match Clinic
WOLFPACK WOMEN’S TENNIS | TENNIS FOR LIFE POST-MATCH CLINIC | MARCH 1 @ 1 pm.
The Wolfpack Women’s Tennis team invites cancer survivors^ to participate in a post-match clinic with the team following the match against Virginia at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center located on NC State's main campus. First serve for this match is at 1 PM. Please fill out the information below, if you would like to participate.
^NCAA regulations prohibit participation in clinics by prospect-aged individuals, defined as 9th grade through college.

To participate, a Waiver of Liability needs to be signed for all participants. Click here to download the form. Please bring the signed form(s) with you to the match. All participants must be in sneakers.
