Ulrika Migliaccio will begin her 10th season with the NC State women's golf program going into the 2025-26 season. She was promoted to assistant coach in 2023 after serving as a volunteer assistant with the program in two separate stints (2006-11 and 2021-23).
She returned to the Wolfpack staff after an incredibly successful 2022 summer, highlighted by qualifying for the U.S. Senior Women's Amateur.
Migliaccio received her Master of Business Administration in 1999 from NC State and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona where she was a standout student-athlete from 1992-95.
While at Arizona, she was a part of the team's Pac-10 Championship title and runner-up finish at the NCAA Championship in 1992, which led to her earning All-America and All Pac-10 honors that season. Miglicaccio excelled in the classroom as well during her time in Tucson, as she received Academic All-America and Pac-10 All-Academic honors from 1993-95.
Migliaccio was honored as a recipient of the 2023 University of Arizona Athletics Department A-Club C.A.T.S. Silver Anniversary Award. This honor recognizes past letterwinners who embody C.A.T.S. ideals and have had a significant impact in their community, the University of Arizona community and to their profession.
Prior to her collegiate career, Migliaccio was a member of the Swedish National Team from 1989-92, and had a decorated junior golf career as she was the 1990 Nordic Junior Champion, 1991 Swedish Junior Champion a member of the 1992 team that earned a runner-up finish at the European Team Championship.
Her daughter, Emilia, recently finished a stellar career at Wake Forest where she was a four-time All-American, won the individual title at the 2019 ACC Championship and won an NCAA team title in 2023. Emilia, who has been ranked as high as No. 3 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR), additionally was a 2019 Pan American Games Gold Medalist and finished second place at the 2021 Augusta National Women's Amateur, where Ulrika caddied for her in both events. Emilia currently serves as a broadcaster for the Golf Channel.
Additionally, Ulrika's daughter, Sofia, was a member of the NC State women's golf team (2022-24) and was a civil engineering major.
Ulrika and her husband, Salvatore, reside in Cary.
