2025 ACC 3000m Steeplechase Champion

2025 Outdoor Track & Field:

Opened the season with a 9:34.22 in the 3000m steeplechase to win the Raleigh Relays, a performance that ranked No. 1 in the NCAA at the time and set the Raleigh Relays meet record, Paul Derr Track Facility record, and NC State all-time program record.
Ran 2:06.37 in the 800m at Raleigh Relays — ranks No. 5 all-time at NC State
Posted a 4:13.02 personal best in the 1500m at the Penn Relays, placing No. 7 in program history
Finished 4th in the 5000m at the ACC Championships in 15:40.45 to earn Second Team All-ACC honors
Captured the ACC title in the 3000m steeplechase with a meet-record time of 9:27.85
Earned All-American honors with a 3rd-place finish in the steeplechase at the NCAA Championships (9:16.66), hitting the World Athletics Championship standard and becoming the 13th-fastest American of all time in the event.
Made her Diamond League debut in the steeplechase, running a world-class 9:10.72 — the 4th-fastest time in NCAA history, 8th on the U.S. all-time list, and further cementing her status as NC State’s all-time record holder in the event.
