2013-14: Played in 10 tournaments and 27 rounds throughout the season ... Averaged 73.9 strokes per 18 holes and 221.7 strokes per 54 holes to rank second on the team in both categories ... Recorded one top 10 and two top 20 finishes on the year ... Six of his rounds were shot at or below par this season ... An impressive 26 of his 27 rounds (96.3 percent) counted towards the team total ... Recorded his best round (68), his best 54-hole score (215), and his best finish (T8) at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate in October.
2012-13: Appeared in 11 tournaments in first season at NC State ... Finished with a 75.0 scoring average over 32 rounds ... His T10 at USF Invitational was his best finish of the season at even-par 216 ... Started the last five events of the season ... Tied Logan Harrell for team honors at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional by shooting 1-over 217 to finished tied for 32nd ... His final round 4-under 68 in Tallahassee was his low round of the season ... 25 of his 29 rounds counted towards the team score.
2012 Summer: Finished T29 at the Eastern Amateur at Elizabeth Manor Golf & Country Club in Portsmouth, Va.
Prep: Ranked among the top-20 junior players in the state of North Carolina by Golfweek ... Won the 2010 North Carolina Junior championship ... Named the Western North Carolina Athletic Conference Player of the Year and won the 2-A/3-A league's tournament with a 54-hole score of 221 in 2011 ... Was a 2010 second-team All-State golf team selection by the Carolinas Golf Association ... Finished tied for ninth at the 2011 and 2012 3A state championship event.
