Jenna McLaughlin joined NC State as Associate Athletics Director for Administration in July of 2019.
McLaughlin came to NC State after spending five years at Army West Point, including the last three in the role of Associate Athletic Director and Human Resources Officer. Among her key roles in West Point, she aided in the transition of Army Athletics to becoming a 501c(3) organization in early 2017.
McLaughlin's main responsibilities included developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of payroll, benefits, and human resource activities for the AWPAA. Her job provided information and assistance on human resource related issues and coordinate in processing and out processing of all employees.
Prior to her switch to athletic administration, McLaughlin served as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach for the Black Knights for three seasons, stepping down after the team won its second Patriot League title in three years and appeared in the NCAA Tournament. McLaughlin also spent two years as an Assistant Coach at Sacred Heart, including a league title, and spent a year as an Assistant at NYU.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., McLaughlin graduated from Molloy college in 2009 with a Bachelors in history and economics and received her master's in teaching from Sacred Heart University in 2012.
