2022 SEASON:
• Starting defensive end in the last five games of the season - he has also played nose during his career.
• Had a monster game in the win over Texas Tech with a career-best two sacks.
• Tied his career high with five tackles vs. UNC.
• Co-recipient of the Ken McNeill Iron Wolf Award, given to the player with the biggest comeback from injury.
• Starter at nose tackle in the first three games of 2021, he suffered a season-ending injury in practice prior to the Clemson game.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played on the defensive line at North Stanly High School for coach Scott Crisco. Team advanced to the NC 1AA state quarterfinals and finished 11-3
• Career Stats: Finished his career with 378 career tackles, 222 solo stops, and 21 sacks. Also forced nine fumbles.
• Senior Stats: Season ended after nine games due to injury. Posted 83 tackles and six sacks.
• Junior Stats: Finished with 89 tackles and a career-high nine sacks.
• Sophomore Stats: Had a career-high 130 tackles, including 105 solo stops, and five sacks.
• Honors: Invited to play in the 2018 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas All-Star Game. Team captain.
• Rankings: No. 186 recruit nationally, the No. 5 recruit in N.C. and the No. 13 defensive tackle nationally by Rivals.com, which also ranked him a four-star recruit. No. 191 recruit nationally, the No. 4 recruit in the state and the No. 16 defensive tackle nationally by 247Sports.com, which also ranked him a four-star recruit. No. 276 in the ESPN300.
