- Ran 19:52.9 in the 6k at the Nuttycombe Invitational to finish third

- Finished in the top-10 at the NCAA Championships in the 10,000m with a time of 33:14.09 to earn First Team All-American honors

2021 Cross Country:
- Posted her best career individual finish at NCAAs, placing sixth (19:34.6) and earning All-America accolades
- Took home the individual crown at the NCAA Southeast Regional, earning All-Region honors with her time of 19:58.4
- Won her first career ACC individual title with a time of 20:02.7 to additionally garner All-ACC honors
- Was the first Wolfpack finisher across the line in five meets
- Did not finish lower than third place at any regular-season meet
2021 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Garnered First Team All-America honors with an eighth-place finish in the 10000m at the NCAA Championships, running the second-best time in program history of 32:45.83
- Her 10000m mark at NCAAs was the fastest time by a member of the team this season
- Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 5000m and 10000m
- Recorded a personal-best time of 15:56.33 in the 5000m at the ACC Championships (7th place)
- Tabulated four top-10 finishes, including a second-place finish in the 10000m at Raleigh Relays
2020-21 Indoor Track & Field:
- Garnered Second Team All-American honors with an 11th-place finish in the 5000m at the NCAA Indoor Championships (16:12.73)
- Ran the fifth-quickest 5000m time in program history with a 15:58.22 at the Camel City Invitational
- Tabbed a third-place finish at the Virginia Beach Invitational in the 5000m (16:12.76)
2020 Cross Country:
- Achieved top-10 finishes in three meets, including a third-place finish at the Virginia Tech Invitational
- Recorded an All-ACC performance at the ACC Championship, taking 16th place (20:37.3)
- Ninth-place finish (20:26.4) at NCAAs was good to garner All-American honors, the second of her career
2019-20 Indoor Track & Field:
- Earned all-conference honors in the 3000 (9:22.37) and 5000 (16:18.99) at ACC Championship
- Garnered bronze-medal honors in the 5000 at conference championships
- Earned top 20 finishes in all six races she competed in, including four top-10 finishes
- Qualified for NCAA Indoor Championship in the 5000
- Her 16:02.06 mark at the Boston Season Opener ranks sixth in program history
2019 Cross Country:
- Earned highest national finish by a Wolfpack freshman at the NCAA Championships since 2010 to take home All-America honors in her rookie season. Placed 22nd overall as the fastest American freshman (20:32.5)
- Finished fourth in the first regional meet of her career. Highest freshman finisher in the women's 6K with a time of 20:02.6
- Garnered All-ACC status with a fourth-place finish (20:53.0) at the conference meet
- Finished in the top 35 in all three of NC State's regular-season meets against some of the nation's best runners
- Honored as ACC Women's Cross Country Freshman of the Week after each week of regular-season competition for the Wolfpack
