2023 Football Lock In Campaign
Interested in locking in your 2022 seats and/or parking for the 2023 season. Below are details on what locking in your annual seats and parking from the 2022 season means. Lock in options are not mandatory. Each account has the options to lock in tickets and parking for the 2023 season. Additionally, new accounts looking to purchase for the 2023 season can find out how to lock in annual seats prior to the online selection process beginning in January.

2023 Football Seats and Parking Optional Lock In FAQ
Why are we offering a Lock In Option this year?
- Over the years, we have received consistent feedback from season ticket holders and Wolfpack Club Members that there is strong interest in making a contribution to guarantee their annual seat locations or priority parking spot and opt-out of the online selection process.
- Preserve the Pack “guaranteed” parking with donation was very positively received.
Do I have to lock in my seats or parking for the 2023 season?
- No. Lock in contributions are completely optional for the 2023 season. You will have the option to decide if you would like to lock in your seats and/or parking on your online renewal application or inform the athletics representative at the time of renewing over the phone.
- If you change your mind after renewing your football order and it is prior to the December 1 priority order deadline, you will need to contact the Athletics Ticket Office to make changes to your lock in decision.
What if I have multiple seats and/or parking spaces in different levels?
- Defer to the higher contribution level.
- One contribution per account covers all priority annual seats.
- One contribution per account covers all priority parking passes.
- Reminder:
- Ticket and parking lock in options are separate. It is one contribution per option accepted.
- Only your priority seats and parking are eligible for the lock in option. Non-priority seats and parking will need to be done through the selection process.
- Lock in is completely optional. The additional contribution is not required to place your order.
How many seats and/or parking may I lock in per optional contribution?
- Each account may lock in the same number of seats or parking as their priority limit at their giving level (maximum of 4 parking passes per contribution).
- You may only lock in your priority annual seats and parking. Non-Priority seats and parking are not eligible for this campaign.
- In certain instances, select annual seat locations or parking locations may not be available to renew for the 2023 season.
- 2023 annual donation must remain the same or increases from your 2022 annual donation.
Can I lock in Non-Priority parking/seats?
- No, you may only lock in your priority seats and parking spots as long as your 2023 annual donation remains the same or increases from your 2022 annual donation.
No lock-ins will be guaranteed after the December 1 priority deadline
- You may lock in your seats or parking at any time until the December 1 renewal deadline.
- If you had already renewed and decided later that you would like to add the lock in to your annual seats or parking, call the ticket office at (919)865-1510 and your lock in may still be added.
- In certain instances, select annual seat locations or parking locations may not be available to renew for the 2023 season. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to the start of the online selection process.
Will I still receive an appointment time for the online seat and parking selection process if I Locked In?
- If you chose to lock in your seats and/or parking and have nothing that needs to be selected during the online selection process you will receive an email with the option to opt out prior to the start of the process.
- If you do not choose to opt out, you will receive an appointment time for the online seat and parking selection process starting in January based upon your Wolfpack Club Priority Rank. During your appointment time you may login to see if you want to move your annual seats or parking, add additional priority seats, or you may disregard your time slot and you will be automatically marked complete.
- If you chose to opt out, you will not receive an appointment time and will not be able to login and move your seats or parking. If you have changed your mind, you will need to contact the ticket office prior to appointment times being emailed out in early January.
May I still move my seats/parking during the online selection process if I like something else?
- Yes, if you did not choose to opt out of the online selection process you may login during your appointment time and move your annual seats or parking to any available space.
May I lock in my Motorhome parking spot for the 2023 season?
No, motorhome parking spots are not available for the optional lock in campaign. Motorhome spots will be selected during the online seat and parking selection process based upon your Wolfpack Club Priority Rank. Does this optional contribution count towards my annual donation?
- No, it does not count towards or replace your annual gift to the Wolfpack Club.
- Wolfpack Club donors must maintain or increase their 2022 annual giving level for 2023 in order to be eligible to lock-in their 2021 annual seating or parking location for the 2023 football season.
- While lock in contributions do not count toward the annual gift amount, donors who opt in will earn priority points in Lifetime Giving donations.
May I lock in my seats or parking for longer than just the 2023 season?
- At this time, no. You may only lock in for the 2023 season.
