Ticket Exchange
Exchange tickets for games you are not able to attend for additional tickets to another game. You may exchange tickets directly from your My Account page.
Exchange options:
- Non-Conference game for another Non-Conference game
- ACC game for another ACC game
- Duke and UNC are excluded from the exchange program.
Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours prior to the game. Online exchanges are only available for your same seating area. If you need to move to a different area within Lenovo Center, you will need to call the ticket office at (919) 865-1510 for assistance.
Example: If your seats are in the baseline, you may only make an exchange within baseline seats. If the baseline area is sold out, you will need to contact the ticket office for additional assistance.

Friday, November 8 - Presbyterian
Wednesday, November 13 - Coastal Carolina
Monday, November 18 - Colgate
Friday, November 22 - William & Mary
Wednesday, December 4 - Texas
Saturday, December 7 - Florida State
Pick up locations:
- Sections 120, 121, and 122 are located by the team store on the east side.
- Section 108 is located on the west side.

Access to ACC Tournament Tickets to kick off post-season play! Purchase before the priority deadline. Wolfpack Club rank applies.

Single Game Ticket Priority
Have the opportunity to purchase single game tickets before non-season ticket holders. Select games will also offer an exclusive season ticket holder discount.
Priority Seating Access to the Heritage Game
As a Men's Basketball season ticket holder, you will have your Heritage game order allocated prior to all other non-season ticket holders. Wolfpack Club Priority Rank order will be used during this process. Order must be placed prior to the priority deadline. Heritage game tickets are not included in season tickets and must be ordered separately.
