What We Know | What We Don't Know |
• Starting on Friday, October 2 outdoor venues with a capacity over 10,000 will be allowed to have 7% capacity. Outdoor venues under 10,000 may have 100 spectators while indoor venues are still limited to 25 people. On Wednesday, Oct 5, all football season ticket holders who re-invested their payments into the Preserve the Pack campaign received an email with how to get football tickets. Once this group has picked their game, remaining season ticket holders will be updated on their process. | • At this time, while volleyball and men's soccer crowds are so limited we are still working through what those crowds will look like. While it remains unlikely that we will be able to sell tickets until the capacity is increased, please continue to check GoPack.com for further updates. |
• It is now unrealistic for us to expect that we would be able to accommodate a crowd large enough for all of our season ticket holders. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to suspend season tickets for the 2020 football season. With the suspension of season tickets, all season ticket holders received a detailed re-investment form to let us know how to handle their 2020 payment. If you need assistance please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 919-865-1510 or email TicketOffice@ncsu.edu | • While much of the focus and attention within the ACC around the nation has been focused on football, there are still decisions to be made on other sports, such as men's and women's basketball. As soon as more information is available, it will be communicated to Wolfpack Club Members and the NC State Community. |

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are we going to delay/change the football season?
A: As of August of August 6, 2020 NC State has a revised football schedule. Read full details by clicking here.
Q: If Carter-Finley Stadium has a limited capacity, who will be allowed in?
A: Current state guidelines allow for us to host 7% capacity in Carter-Finley Stadium. The 7% is being split up amongst playerguest, students, and football season ticket holders who re-invested in the Preserve the Pack campaign. NC State Athletics continues to work with University and government officials to make the safest decisions for game day.
Q: Will I keep my same seats if fans are allowed to attend games in a socially distanced situation?
A: No, with the suspension of season tickets for 2020 no one will maintain their seat locations. NC State Athletics is working through a number of attendance and capacity scenarios. If fans are permitted this fall, more information will be provided.
Q: What are my options now that season tickets have been suspended?
A: Now that season tickets have been suspended, we have made temporary changes to our refund policy to provide the following options for your 2020 season ticket order:
- Reinvest the funds towards "Preserve the Pack" to support NC State Athletics during these unprecedented times
- An account credit applied towards the 2021 season ticket renewal
- Receive a refund, prorated or full, contingent on the number of games impacted
Q: Is my Wolfpack Club annual donation refundable?
A: Annual donations to the Wolfpack Club are non-refundable. Annual donations by WPC Members provide scholarship support to over 550 NC State Student-Athletes regardless of any impacts there may be on football or any other sports seasons. The Student-Athletes are still attending classes and rely on the generous support for their scholarship needs. Please contact the Wolfpack Club if you have any specific questions.
Q When will I receive my season ticket and parking package?
A: With the transition to mobile ticketing beginning this fall as well as the suspension of season tickets, season ticket and parking packages will not be shipped.
Q: What happens if I have a 10-year license and the season is impacted?
A: A yearly donation is required in order to maintain Wolfpack Club consecutive years priority credit. For donors with seating licenses including LTRS, the required minimum annual donation will need to be fulfilled for 2020 in order to maintain the seating license and locations. The seat license gift, if paid, will provide an additional year for the seat license.
Q: How will ticket purchases for Vaughn Towers be handled in case the season is impacted?
A: Donors will have the option of applying the 2020 Vaughn Towers ticket purchase amount to a future year, transitioning this ticket purchase to a contribution to the Wolfpack Club, or getting a refund. Contributions that are transitioned as a contribution to the Wolfpack Club will earn Wolfpack Club priority points in the cumulative area of giving. These gifts have no effect on one's right to purchase tickets in the future.
Q: What do I need to do if I purchased tickets for an away game that is no longer being played.
A: You will receive more information in the coming weeks, but you will have three options for your away game payment.
- An account credit applied towards the 2021 season ticket renewal
- Reinvest the funds towards "Preserve the Pack" to support NC State Athletics during these unprecedented times
- Receive a refund
Q: What is the best way for me to reach the Athletics Ticket Office or Wolfpack Club if I have questions or need assistance?
A: The Wolfpack Club and Ticket Services Staff are all working remotely during this time, but you may still reach staff members via phone, online chat, and email. Office hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Q: As a WPC member, will I lose my consecutive years bonus?
A: If you renewed your season seats and your membership is in good standing, no. No penalties will be assessed.
Q: Will single game tickets be available to purchase?
A: As we are currently allowed to have a very limited number of fans in attendance, we are not selling tickets to the general public. We will give season ticket accounts who reinvest in Preserve the Pack first access to receive single game tickets to games, then we will contact the remaining season ticket holders. More details will be provided in the coming weeks.
