Tracking Hurricane Florence

NC State Athletics is closely monitoring the forecast for Hurricane Florence related to potential impacts on upcoming home events, as well as away travel for its teams and student-athletes.

Specific to the NC State vs. West Virginia football game on Sat., Sept. 15, NC State Athletics is in regular communication with representatives of West Virginia Athletics, the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), meteorologists, and regional emergency management services. The Mountaineers' ability to safely travel to Raleigh on Friday as planned will be one of a number of considerations this week.

Any changes to scheduled games and events will be posted on GoPack.com and shared with fans via email, social media and other communications channels. The safety and well-being of fans, student-athletes and event staff is always paramount.
