AS A RS FRESHMAN (2014):
• Reserve defensive tackle who had a huge fumble recovery in the win at Syracuse to set up the Wolfpack's touchdown that ended up being the margin of victory.
• Saw action in 10 games.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013):
• Redshirted the season after suffering a torn achilles tendon. He underwent extensive rehab. and was limited for spring drills.
IN HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played tackle and end for coach Tom Wilcher, he was a three-year starter.
• Team won state championship his junior and senior seasons.
• Returned a fumble for a touchdown in the state title game as a senior.
• Senior squad posted a 12-2 campaign and a No. 6 final ranking in the state of Michigan.
• Rankings: No. 41 DT nationally and No. 14 recruit in Michigan by rivals.com.
