AS A RS SOPHOMORE (2015):
· Transferred to NC State from North Carolina A&T, he will have three years of eligibility at NC State.
· Did not see action at NC A&T during the 2014 and 2013 seasons.
IN HIGH SCHOOL:
· Played at Cary High School.
· Led the Imps to the first round of the N.C. Class 4-AA state playoffs.
· Senior Stats: Threw for 1,064 yards, 13 touchdowns and two interceptions, completed 75 of his 153 pass attempts and ran for 484 yards and four touchdowns.
· Honors: Named All-Tri-Nine and earned News and Observer Player of the Week mention on multiple occassions.
· Personal: Finished high school with a 4.0 grade point average. Father is Lin Dawson, who played 10 seasons in the NFL and was a tight end at NC State (1977-80).
