Broadfoot & Zampardo Claim Fourth ACC Doubles Team of The Week Honor This Season

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) announced its Week 9 honors on Tuesday, recognizing sophomores Gabriella Broadfoot and Maddy Zampardo as the ACC Doubles Team of the Week for the fourth time this season.
The dynamic duo continues to shine, holding strong at No. 2 in the ITA Doubles rankings. With an impressive 28-4 overall record, including an 11-1 mark in dual play and a perfect 4-0 record in conference play, Broadfoot and Zampardo are riding an eight-match winning streak. They have also battled through seven ranked opponents so far this season.

- #37 Virginia Tech: 6-2 victory | Zampardo/Broadfoot defeated Charlotte Cartledge/Ozlem Uslu (6-0, 6-0)
- #2 Virginia: 6-1 victory | Zampardo/Broadfoot defeated Meggie Navarro/Elaine Chervinsky
Broadfoot and Zampardo will be back on the court on March 21, as the Wolfpack travels to Durham, NC, to face the Duke Blue Devils at 6:00 PM.
