Yves Tcheuyap Signs with Crown Legacy FC

Charlotte, N.C. – Senior defender Yves Tcheuyap has signed with Crown Legacy FC for a MLS NEXT Pro contract through the 2025 season, with an option for 2026, as announced by the club today.
The Oakville, Ontario native transferred to NC State from East Tennessee State for his senior season and immediately played a vital role in pushing the program to a 2024 Sweet 16 appearance. Playing right back, Tcheuyap was featured in all 20 games of the season, earning the starting nod in 19 of those and averaging 86 minutes of action per match. He collected four assists, one being against Virginia in the ACC Tournament. The defenseman tallied minutes in all four postseason games, through the opening round of the ACC Tournament as well as the first, second, and third rounds of the NCAA Tournament.
