Hidlay Named Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Six Others on All-ACC Academic List

Charlotte, N.C. - The Athletic Coast Conference announces the wrestling All-ACC Academic Team featuring seven members of the Wolfpack wrestling team. Trent Hidlay was named the Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second time in his career.
The All-ACC Academic Team has been released with seven NC State wrestlers among 36 others from the conference. Jackson Arrington, Jakob Camacho, Derek Fields, Ed Scott, and Owen Trephan each tallied their second All-ACC Academic award. Alex Faison sceured his first-ever honor while Hidlay picked up his fifth and final honor.Â
Trent Hidlay was honored as the ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second time in his career, he previously won it in 2022.
