Pack Signee Zamareya Jones Named a 2024 McDonald's All-American

RALEIGH – Zamareya Jones, a member of NC State women's basketball's 2024 signing class, was selected to compete in the upcoming 2024 McDonald's All-American Game.
Jones was recognized among 24 of the top high school seniors in the nation who were selected to the final roster. She will represent the East Team in the prestigious annual event, with the 2024 edition set to take place in Houston on Tuesday, April 2. ESPN2 will televise the All-American Girls Game at 6:30 p.m. EST that day.
Jones is the No. 17 overall player in ESPN's Class of 2024 rankings with a scouts grade of 96 and a five-star rating. She was the 2023 North Carolina Basketball Coaches Association Player of the Year and is currently averaging 27.3 points, 5.3 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 4.1 steals per game in her final year at North Pitt High School.
The future Wolfpack guard is part of a 2024 signing class that has been ranked as high as 10th nationally by ESPN.
