23 Wolfpack Swimmers Honored as 2021-22 All-ACC Academic Team Members

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Twenty-three members of the NC State men's and women's swimming and diving teams were honored as 2021-22 Academic All-ACC Team members, as announced by the league office on Thursday.

Academic requirements for selection are a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative GPA during one's academic career for undergraduate students. Athletic achievements are also considered.

All of the Wolfpack swimmers who received recognition were national champions or All-Americans, ACC champions or All-ACC honorees or individual A finalists at the ACC Championships.

Fifth-year captains Julia Poole and Eric Knowles were both honored for the fifth times in their NC State careers, and five of the student-athletes were first-time honorees.
