Three from Pack Offense Named ACC Players of the Week

Pack downed then-No. 9 Clemson 27-21 in Carter-Finley Stadium
RALEIGH, N.C. – A trio of Wolfpack offensive players were honored by the ACC as Players of the Week after helping NC State to a 27-21 OT win over then-No. 9 Clemson.

• Quarterback of the Week – Devin Leary
Â
Leary completed 32-of-44 passes (a .737 completion percentage) for 238 yards. He tied his career-high with four touchdowns passes, with two coming in the overtime periods. He also did not have any interceptions.

Leary was also named the Walter Camp FBS Offensive Player of the Week and to the Davey O'Brien Award's Great 8 list.

• Wide Receiver of the Week – Emeka Emezie
Â
The fifth-year WR pulled down a career-high 14 catches, the fourth-most in a game in Wolfpack history. He also set a new personal-best with 116 receiving yards. His 22-yard touchdown catch from Devin Leary in the first quarter was the first offensive touchdown scored against the Tigers all year.

• Offensive Lineman of the Week – Ikem Ekwonu
Â
The Pack's starting left tackle played a career-high 102 gradable snaps in the win. He posted the highest grade on the offensive line that held the ball for 41:48, plus two overtime periods. He tallied eight pancake blocks and three knockdowns.

Ekwonu was also honored after the Pack's season opening win over USF, and the Pack's offensive line has won the award three of the first four weeks (Chandler Zavala vs. Furman).
