Wolfpack Wrestling to Host Junior Day Clinic

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State Wrestling will be hosting a Junior Day clinic on Friday, October 22. The NC State coaching staff will be providing registered youth wrestlers with advanced technique as well as information on proper strength training, mental preparation, weight management and of course, great wrestling.

The camp is open to all wrestlers, but space is limited and will be capped off. Open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and /or gender).
