NASSAU, The Bahamas – NC State women's basketball will be one of seven teams in the field for the 2021 Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship, which will be held during the Thanksgiving holiday at the Baha Mar Convention Center in Nassau, Bahamas.
The fifth-ranked Wolfpack will face No. 3 Maryland on Thursday, Nov. 25 (11 a.m.) and will take on Washington State on Saturday, Nov. 27 (6 p.m.). All Pink Flamingo Championship games will be broadcast live on FloHoops.

NC State is one of three teams in the tournament field that finished the 2020-21 campaign ranked in the final AP top 10 and one of six teams that qualified for the 2021 NCAA Tournament. Defending national champion Stanford will also be competing at the event in addition to Indiana, South Florida and Miami.
The Pack's tournament-opening game against the Terrapins will be another early-season ranked clash. The meeting with Maryland will be the third matchup between the teams in the last four seasons. NC State hosted Maryland in a top-15 battle for the 2019 ACC/B1G Challenge and came away with the 66-59 victory. The Pack has now won its last three face offs against Maryland.
NC State and Washington State are set for the third all-time meeting between those two programs. The Pack is unbeaten against the Cougars.
Tournament passes are now on sale, and fans can also book rooms at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar at the tournament rate by visiting the Baha Mar Hoops website.
