2020 Football Season Ticket and Donation FAQ

Q: Is May 1 still the priority renewal date for football season tickets and Wolfpack Club annual donations?
A: Yes, May 1 remains the priority renewal date for football season tickets and parking as well as your Wolfpack Club donation. However, a payment plan option is available which allows you to spread out your payments. Contact a staff member with questions or for more details.

Q: How can I renew my football season tickets and Wolfpack Club Membership?
A: You may renew your season tickets and make your Wolfpack Club Annual donation online via GoPack.com/MyAccount or over the phone by contacting a staff member at 919-865-1510 (ticket office) or 919-865-1500 (Wolfpack Club).

Q: How can I view my football renewal application?
A: Renewal applications are available to be viewed online by clicking on the "Invoice" tab on your personalized renewal page. This page may be accessed through your renewal email or by logging into your online account at GoPack.com/MyAccount.

Q: Can I change or add a payment plan for my season tickets?
A: Yes. Please contact a staff member at 919-865-1510 for assistance and to discuss options.

Q: Can I mail a check for my season tickets or WPC donation?
A: While we strongly encourage calling with payment information or paying online, the university mail system is still open and operating on a modified schedule. Delays are expected in deliveries.

Q: If I do not or cannot order football season tickets by May 1, can I still order season tickets at a later date? If I have Lifetime Rights will they be available after May 1?
A: Yes. Season tickets will be available to purchase after May 1. Seat locations and availability will vary based upon the online selection process. Lifetime Rights specific seat locations may not be available for the 2020 season after the May 1st deadline.

Q: What if COVID-19 impacts part of or all of football season?
A: While it is too soon to speculate, if the 2020 football season were to be impacted, we have made temporary changes to our refund policy to provide the following options for your season tickets:
A: Annual donations to the Wolfpack Club are non-refundable. Annual donations by WPC Members provide scholarship support to over 550 NC State Student-Athletes regardless of any impacts there may be on football or any other sports seasons. The Student-Athletes are still attending classes and rely on the generous support for their scholarship needs. Please contact the Wolfpack Club if you have any specific questions.

Q: If I cannot renew my season tickets in 2020 for reasons related to COVID-19, will my seating rights be lost?
A: No. The Wolfpack Club will work with Lifetime Seats Rights holders who fulfill their minimum annual scholarship gifts by November 1st. All available seats on May 1st, including non-renewed Lifetime Rights, will be offered for sale for the 2020 season on an annual basis; however, these LTRs will be reallocated back to the seating rights holder if the WPC required minimum annual scholarship commitment is fulfilled by November 1, 2020.  Â

Q: What happens if I have a 10-year license and the season is impacted?
A: A yearly donation is required in order to maintain Wolfpack Club consecutive years priority credit. For donors with seating licenses including LTRS, the required minimum annual donation will need to be fulfilled for 2020 in order to maintain the seating license and locations. The seat license gift, if paid, will provide an additional year for the seat license.

Q: How will ticket purchases for Vaughn Towers be handled in case the season is impacted?
A: Donors will have the option of applying the 2020 Vaughn Towers ticket purchase amount to a future year, transitioning this ticket purchase to a contribution to the Wolfpack Club, or getting a refund. Contributions that are transitioned as a contribution to the Wolfpack Club will earn Wolfpack Club priority points in the cumulative area of giving. These gifts have no effect on one's right to purchase tickets in the future.

Q: What changes will COVID-19 have on attending games at Carter-Finley Stadium?
A: NC State Athletics, in conjunction with the University system, will follow recommended and required procedures outlined by local, state, and federal government officials.

A: For all orders received by May 1, online selection appointment times will be emailed around May 7, similar to prior years.

A: The online seat and parking selection process will begin around May 14.

A: The Wolfpack Club and Ticket Services Staff are all working remotely during this time, but you may still reach staff members via phone, online chat, and email. Office hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
