NC State Selected to Host Two Future NCAA Events from 2023-26

NC State will host a women’s golf regional in 2023 and will be a men’s basketball first and second round location in 2025
RALEIGH - NC State will host two future NCAA competitions as the NCAA announced host sites for preliminary rounds and finals of predetermined championships from 2023-2026 on Wednesday.
The Pack will host a Division I women's golf regional at Lonnie Poole Golf Course in 2023 and NC State will host first and second round action of the 2025 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship in PNC Arena.
No stranger to hosting NCAA Championships, NC State has previously hosted gymnastics, men's basketball, golf and swimming and diving NCAA events.

NC State is currently scheduled to host two NCAA events in the 2020-21 athletics season. NC State will team with the Greensboro Sports Commission to host the 2021 Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Championship from March 17-20 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center and will host the Division I Men's Basketball First and Second Rounds at PNC Arena on March 19 and March 21.
The 2021 NCAA men's basketball tournament will mark the 17th time NC State has hosted NCAA Tournament games and the fourth time in PNC Arena. NC State's history hosting the Big Dance dates to 1951 when the Wolfpack hosted and played in three tournament games at Reynolds Coliseum.

The men's and women's rifle championships on March 11-12, 2022 and a women's gymnastics regional on April 2, 2022. The men's and women's rifle championships will mark the first-time NC State has hosted the rifle national championship.
