RALEIGH – Second-ranked NC State baseball is set to host its second top 25 opponent of the week at Doak Field at Dail Park, as it will square off with No. 12 Louisville in a three-game series this weekend.
The teams will play Friday at 6:30 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. Saturday's game time has been moved up due to the Hall of Fame Gala scheduled for 6 p.m. in Reynolds Coliseum.
This weekend will be a battle between two of the top three teams in the Atlantic Coast Conference, as NC State enters the series with a 29-5 (12-3 ACC) record while the Cardinals own a 25-8 (10-5 ACC) ledger.
