#Pack9 to Play Fall Scrimmage at South Carolina Saturday Afternoon

RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State baseball team will travel to Columbia, S.C., this weekend for a fall scrimmage at the University of South Carolina. Following a rule change from the NCAA, each program is permitted to play a fall scrimmage that does not count against the 56-game spring schedule.

Saturday's scrimmage with the Gamecocks is set for Noon at Founders Park and admission is free. Live stats for the game can be found HERE.

Fans attending the scrimmage are encouraged to park in the Foundation lot (centerfield grass lot off Blossom St.) and enter through either Gates 1, 2 or 3. The clear bag policy will be in effect and concessions will be offered at Founders Park.

Last season, South Carolina finished the season 37-26 and advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals after winning the NCAA Greenville (N.C.) Regional with a perfect 3-0 mark. The Gamecocks fell to National Runner-Up Arkansas in the Super Regionals.
