GREENSBORO, N.C. – Anna Rogers of the NC State women's tennis team earned a spot on the 2018 All-ACC Academic Women's Tennis Team, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday afternoon.
A sophomore business major, Rogers won 28 doubles matches and 16 singles matches for NC State during the 2017-18 season. She played doubles with partner Claudia Wiktorin on 40 occasions, and the pair went 16-7 in dual action and posted an 8-8 record against nationally-ranked opponents. In May, Rogers earned her second consecutive All-ACC honor, as she was named to the conference's third team alongside teammate Adriana Reami.
The doubles pair of Rogers and Wiktorin advanced to the Sweet 16 of the 2018 NCAA Doubles Championship, becoming just the second duo in program history to do so.
