RALEIGH – The NC State women's soccer team added four players to its 2019 signing class, as announced by head coach Tim Santoro on Thursday.
The class includes athletes from California, Maryland and Florida, as one will join the program in the spring of 2019 and the other three are slated to arrive to Raleigh in the fall of 2019.
Additional signings are slated to follow in the 2019 spring semester.
"It was important, as some key classes start to graduate, that we add impact players over the next few years," said Santoro. "We were able to do that in multiple spots and added players who will be able to adapt to a variety of positions and formations. These four are a good start to a 2019 class that will expand in the future with more key additions."

Leyah Hall-Robinson | FWD | Bowie, Md. | Washington Spirit DA
Leyah Hall-Robinson, a member of the Washington Spirit Development Academy, has spent time with the club at the youth, reserve and first team levels. A five-time weekly standout in the inaugural DA season, Hall-Robinson scored a combined 32 goals for the U17 and U19 Spirit Teams. Prior to 2017, she played with McLean SC and was named to ECNL's Best XI.
Santoro on Hall-Robinson: "Leyah is a strong, powerful goal scorer that can play the game. Her ability to combine and link in the build-up phase has improved so much in the last year, and it will only get better in our environment. Her instincts for goals have always been there and as she adds to her game, Leyah will be a handful in the ACC."

Jameese Joseph | FWD | Beltsville, Md. | Bethesda SC
Jameese Joseph, who was called up to the US National Team camp in 2016, plays for Bethesda SC. One of the top scorers in ECNL in 2018, she also led Good Counsel High School with over 32 goals this fall and was selected to the Sixth Annual High School All-American Game in Orlando, Fla.
Santoro on Joseph: "Jameese is one of those natural creative players on the ball who you must give freedom to. Her attacking instincts are very good and her dribbling is fun to watch. Add to that athleticism and ability to score goals, and she has potential to be special at the next level."

Eden Millan | GK | Redondo Beach, Calif. | Beach FC
Eden Millan currently plays for Beach FC at the U19 DA and WPSL levels. Millan played three years up for the '98 Beach FC, and placed runner-up (2016) and third (2017) at the USYSA National Championship. In addition, the team won the USYSA National League where Millan had a .428 goals-against average.
Santoro on Millan: "Eden is the first part of our transformation of this position that we must improve after graduation. She's quick and powerful, and has an extremely high commitment to the position in her training and preparation. She's also very comfortable with her feet, which is a must for a goalkeeper at NC State."

Jaiden Thomas | MF | Ormond Beach, Fla. | United Soccer Alliance DA
Jaiden Thomas, who plays for United Soccer Alliance DA after two years with Jacksonville Armada in ECNL, will join the Wolfpack in the spring of 2019. An ECNL PDP and USYSA Region III ODP selection prior, Thomas led her club teams to USSDA and ECNL Champions League playoffs, respectively.
Santoro on Thomas: "Jaiden is the prototype deep, central player that we like at NC State. Never flashy, but the player you can't play without in our system. She's very comfortable on the ball, simple, good passing range and able to play with two-way responsibilities. She'll also add some size to the midfield to go with her high soccer IQ."
