Pack Selected Eighth in ACC Basketball Preseason Poll

The NC State men's basketball team was selected eighth out of 15 teams in the ACC preseason basketball poll announced on Thursday.
Duke was selected as the preseason favorite, while UNC-Chapel Hill's Luke Maye was named ACC Preseason Player of the Year.
Last season, the Pack was selected 12th in the preseason poll, but finished in a tie for third place in the regular season with an 11-7 conference record.Â
Head Coach Kevin Keatts is in his second season with the Pack. Last year, Keatts led NC State to a 21-12 record with five wins over ranked opponents as he led NC State back to the NCAA Tournament.
