NC State Drops Result at No. 20 Georgia Tech
ATLANTA – The NC State men's tennis team fell 5-2 to No. 20 Georgia Tech in its regular-season finale. NC State claimed the doubles point to take an early lead, but weren't able to overcome a big response in singles play from the Yellow Jackets.
NC State moves to 13-14 (4-8 ACC), while Georgia Tech improves to 16-6 (8-4 ACC) with the win.

The Pack opened the contest with an impressive doubles result. No. 48 Alexis Galarneau and Michael Ogden won their third straight match at No. 1 doubles with a 6-3 victory over No. 69 Christopher Eubanks and Carlos Benito. Igor Saveljic and Ivan Saveljic clinched the opening point with a 6-3 win on court three over Daniel Yun and Elijah Melendez.
NC State entered singles play with a 1-0 lead, but Georgia Tech responded well early, taking the first set in five singles matches.
Georgia Tech continued to pile on the pressure and won five of the six singles matches to clinch the win. Igor Saveljic added a point for the Pack, winning 7-5, 6-3 over Georgia Tech's Daniel Yun on court four.
