Q: Favorite NBA Player?
A: Kobe Bryant. All-Time. I've been a Kobe fan since like 1999. I grew up watching Kobe from when he was young until he changed to 24, so that's been my favorite player.
Â
Q: What team would you pick in a game of NBA2K?
A: It used to be the Clippers because I'm a Chris Paul fan, too. So now, it's Houston. I played for Chris Paul's AAU Team.
Â
Q: If you could go one-on-one with any NBA player, past or present, who would it be?
A: Michael Jordan, just to see how hard he goes.
Â
Q: What artist do you listen to that gets you hyped for gameday?
A: Drake. All day, every day.
Â
Q: Do you have a nickname? If so, how did you get that nickname?
A: The Sniper. People back home call me that just because I can shoot. That was my nickname in high school, so it kind of stuck with me.
Â
Q: Favorite spot to eat?
A: Chipotle. Anywhere I go, it's Chipotle. I eat Chipotle probably four times out of the week.
Â
Q: If you could have one super power, what would it be?
A: To be super fast, because I'm not that fast now.
Â
Q: Any talents outside of basketball?
A: I can cook. I know most guys this age don't cook, but I learned how to cook when I was 13. I used to want to own my own restaurant, so I learned how to cook.
Â
Q: Can you play a musical instrument?
A: I used to play the piano, but I stopped at age 12.
Â
Q: Team iPhone or Team Android?
A: Team iPhone. Gotta have that iMessage.
Â
Q: Does pineapple go on pizza?
A: Yes. I get pineapple and chicken every time.
Â
Q: What are you passionate about outside of playing basketball?
A: I love training kids. I love seeing youth develop, in basketball and in life. That's one thing that if I wasn't playing basketball, I'd probably be doing something like youth development or a mentoring program.
Q: If you were a vegetable, what vegetable would you be and why?
A: A tomato's a fruit, so I would probably be collard greens. That's my favorite vegetable green. I love collard greens. My grandma used to make 'em a lot.
Â
Q: Could you beat Coach Keatts in ping pong?
A: My competitive spirit wants to say yes, but no, I can't. He's pretty good.
