RALEIGH, N.C. – With the NC State football team reaching No. 16 in Associated Press poll and No. 17 in the coaches poll, its highest national ranking since 2003 when current #PackPro Philip Rivers was the starting quarterback, it was only fitting that Rivers led the way for the San Diego Chargers in their victory over the Oakland Raiders in week six.
