Ticket Exchange or Credit Available for Ticket-Holders Unable to Attend Duke Game
1/23/2016 6:15:00 PM | Men's Basketball
RALEIGH, N.C. - Today's men's basketball game versus Duke was played as scheduled at PNC Arena. However, due to weather, road conditions and safety concerns, fans throughout the state were encouraged to stay at home.
As such, if you purchased tickets directly through the NC State Athletics Ticket Office (season tickets, single game, or a mini-pack) and did not attend the game versus Duke, you may select one of the following exchange or credit options:
1. Unused Duke tickets may be exchanged, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a remaining available home game during the 2015-16 season. Currently, the games versus Ga. Tech (January 27) and Boston College (March 2) still have tickets available.
2. A credit of the face value of your Duke ticket(s) can be applied to your account for a future single game purchase during the 2016-17 season (tickets for future games are based on availability and not guaranteed).
Please Note: If you purchased tickets through any other point of purchase (Stubhub, etc.) you will need to contact the seller directly regarding your ticket purchase.
To exchange your tickets, or if you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact the NC State Athletics Ticket Office at 919-865-1510 during regular office hours (M-F; 8:30-4:30) or email TicketOffice@ncsu.edu.
All ticket exchanges or account credits must be done by Wednesday, March 2, 2016.
Thank you for your continued support of NC State Athletics!
