INDIANAPOLIS - Ralston Turner's college basketball career extended to the Final Four in Indianapolis. Turner was selected to play in the NABC Reese's All-Star Game at Lucas Oil Stadium, the site of the 2015 Final Four.
Turner, who averaged 12.8 points per game this season for NC State, scored five points and grabbed two steals in 20 minutes. Turner's West All-Star team defeated the East 109-87. The game featured 27 made 3-pointers.
"It was a lot of fun, actually. That was the whole thing for coming out here," Turner said. "I wanted to have fun and play with some good players."
Turner, who practiced twice with the team as well and participated in other NABC events on Reese's Final Four Friday, said it was the second time in his life he's attended the Final Four and was enjoying the festivities.
"The first one I went to I wasn't involved in any activities," Turner said. "In Indianapolis they do a great job with everything, and it was pretty cool to get to play on this court."
