Pack Rifle Wins Fourth Consecutive SEARC Championship

CHARLESTON, S.C. -The NC State rifle team won its fourth consecutive South Eastern Air Rifle Conference (SEARC) championship held this weekend at the Inuoye Marksmanship Center on The Citadel's campus.
The Wolfpack posted an air rifle team score of 2326 to claim the top spot, while North Georgia was second with a score of 2304. Wofford finished third with a team total of 2284 and The Citadel was fourth with a score of 2276. Georgia Southern and UAB recorded scores of 2248 and 2233 to claim fifth and sixth, respectively.
Lucas Kozeniesky and Alex Martin recorded the highest scores at the event with a 587 clip during the morning session. Daniel Cliff charted a 580, while Dani Foster and Caitlyn Ford each fired a score of 572.
Derya Pekari tallied a score of 566, while Lee Price and George Williams rounded out the scores with a 557 and 555, respectively.
Kozeniesky claimed second place in the finals session while Martin was fourth and Cliff was fifth. All three named to the All-SEARC team, along with Foster.
