Rifle Ranked No. 13 in CRCA Preseason Coaches Poll

MURRAY, Ky. - The NC State rifle team garnered one of the program's highest preseason rankings when the Wolfpack was listed at No. 13 in the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association preseason poll.
The Pack finished the 2013-14 season ranked 15th in the final CRCA poll, after starting the year with a preseason ranking of No. 16.
The 2014-15 squad returns six student-athletes from last year's team, including 2014 South Eastern Air Rifle Conference (SEARC) individual champion Alex Martin. Sophomore Lucas Kozeniesky also returns to the team after leading the Wolfpack in air rifle and smallbore average a season ago.
State opened the season with a first-place finish at SEARC 1 with a team score of 4555. NC State will next be in action this weekend when it travels to Charleston, S.C., for SEARC 2 hosted by The Citadel.
