Caleb Martin Has Foot Surgery

RALEIGH - Caleb Martin, a freshman forward on the NC State men's basketball team, underwent foot surgery over the weekend.
Dr. David Boone, the team's orthopedic surgeon, performed surgery to heal a fracture in the fifth metatarsal in Martin's right foot. The injury occurred prior to Martin arriving on campus.
Martin, a native of Mocksville, N.C., is expected to recover in 8-12 weeks.
