Pack Wrestling in Action This Weekend

RALEIGH, N.C. - Several returning members of the NC State wrestling team will be in action this weekend, competing at the 2014 ASICS FILA University Nationals in Akron, Ohio. University Nationals finalists in all nine weight classes will battle it out in a best two-of-three series to make this year’s University World Team.

The only members of the NC State wrestling team not traveling to Akron this weekend are NCAA Champion Nick Gwiazdowski, Tommy Gantt and Chad Pyke. Those three will be in action in two weeks at the FILA Junior or Senior level World Team Trials.
