Pack Wrestling Jumps into Top-25

RALEIGH, N.C. - Backed by a strong 4-1 start to the 2014-15 campaign, the NC State wrestling team is ranked No. 23 in this week’s USA Today/NWCA Division I Coaches Poll. For the complete poll, click here.

NC State is one of four ACC squads ranked this week: Virginia Tech (6), Pittsburgh (11) and Virginia (12). The Pack’s lone loss last weekend was a close 16-15 dual to No. 8 Nebraska, and this week the Pack will face No. 3 Cornell.

The Wolfpack will face a tough test this weekend, competed in the Northeast Duals in Albany, N.Y., on Saturday. NC State will face Kutztown, Hofstra, and No. 3 Cornell.
