RALEIGH, N.C. - Wolfpack legend Ted Brown was one of 14 members permanently enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday evening at the Dedication and Enshrinement Ceremony at the new facility in Atlanta.
Brown, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in December in New York City, joined other inductees from the Class of 2013 at the event, as well as Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and other dignitaries.
The new $65 million, 94,000-square-foot facility features a display of over 700 college football helmets, a replica football field and other items related to the history and pageantry of college football.
Brown is one of six former Wolfpack players in the Hall of Fame. Jack McDowall, Roman Gabriel, Jim Ritcher, Jim Donnan and Dennis Byrd have also been inducted, as well as coaches Buck Shaw and Lou Holtz.
Last night's festivities will be broadcast on ESPNU Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m.
