#PackPros: Week 5 NFL Update

Raleigh, N.C. - In week 5 of the NFL season, several former Wolfpack players shined and a few played in primetime on Monday Night.
David Amerson had a good performance against the reigning Super Bowl champs Seattle Seahawks and made a few key stops in the game. Amerson tallied three solo tackles in the 27-17 loss.
Audie Cole had one tackle on special teams in the Vikings disappointing 42-10 loss to their division rival Green Bay Packers last Thursday.
Jerricho Cotchery had 3 catches for 46 yards in the Panthers miraculous 31-24 comeback win against the Chicago Bears.
Mike Glennon played a great game on Sunday at the New Orleans Saints, completing 19 passes for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns. However it was not enough as the Saints went on to win 37-31 in overtime over the Bucs.
Steven Hauschka was perfect on the night making both field goals and all three extra points to help the Seahawks to a 27-17 victory over the Redskins on Monday Night.
Markus Kuhn contributed to the Giants 30-20 win over the Atlanta Falcons by making two tackles on the day.
Ted Larsen started at right guard once again for the 3-1 Arizona Cardinals in their loss at Denver.
Philip Rivers continued his great start to the season by sealing the Chargers fourth straight victory in the 31-0 beat down of the New York Jets. Rivers threw 20 completions for 288 yards and three touchdowns on the day.
J.R. Sweezy started at right guard for the Seattle Seahawks this week as they went on to beat the Redskins 27-17 on Monday Night.
Mario Williams had three tackles and a sack in the Bills 17-14 last second win over the Detroit Lions.
Russell Wilson had a huge night bringing his record on Monday Night to 4-0. Wilson was the first quarterback in Monday Night history to rush for 100 yards totaling 122 yards and one touchdown on the night. Wilson also had a good day through the air, throwing for 18 completions, 200 yards, and 2 touchdowns.
Willie Young had five tackles and a sack in the Bears 31-24 loss to the Panthers. Young now has 5.0 sacks on the season, which ranks second this week in the NFL.
