Four Wolfpack Football Contests with Notre Dame Scheduled

RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State football squad will play Notre Dame four times in the next decade, according to dates the Atlantic Coast Conference Office announced today, formally sealing the partnership that will feature an average of five games per year between ACC teams and the Fighting Irish over a 12-year span.

The Wolfpack has faced Notre Dame just once on the gridiron, winning 28-6 on Jan. 1, 2003 in the Gator Bowl.

The teams will meet in Carter-Finley Stadium on Oct. 8, 2016 and on an undetermined date in 2023.  The Wolfpack will travel to South Bend on Oct. 28, 2017 and in 2025.
