RALEIGH, N.C. - Wolfpack long snapper Scott Thompson has been named a first-team All-American at that position by Phil Steele College Football.
A junior from Rancho Santa Margarita, Cal., Thompson has handled all of NC State’s long snapping duties for each of the past three seasons, seeing action in a total of 38 contests. He ties as the most experienced player on the Wolfpack squad in terms of games played.
