DonorNet Issues

Over the past few days, the Wolfpack Club was notified of a problem with some donors having trouble accessing Donornet and also Evenue (the ticket website). This problem was not isolated to NC State or the Wolfpack Club, but also to many of the software vendor's partnering schools. We believe the vendor, Paciolan, has fixed the problem which was due to some sort of software they use to block ticket scalpers who send out internet "bots" that attempt to buy all of the open tickets to events. When the software senses that sort of activity it starts to block IP addresses and apparently, some of our donor's IP addresses are falling within these IP address ranges. They have made some adjustments and believe the problem has been fixed, although there could still be IP ranges that are still affected.
If you can't get to a login screen when attempting to access Donornet https://ncstate.donornetpac.com/Login.aspx, please go to this link:
www.whatismyip.com and document the 4 numbers on the screen beside "Your IP Address is: x.x.x.x. Please email these numbers to info@wolfpackclub.com. That is the only way the software vendor's engineers can pinpoint any additional problems.
