Rodon Ranked as Top Prospect from Team USA

NC State's Carlos Rodon and Trea Turner each landed spots in the top-10 on Perfect Game USA's ranking of the prospects on this summer's collegiate national team released Monday.
Rodon earned the top spot among 20 prospects from the U.S. National team, a list that featured 13 players who have previously been drafted by an MLB organization.
Turner followed closely behind in the ninth position, fourth among Team USA position players. All three position players in front of him will be juniors in 2013.
Rodon and Turner represent the only players from the Atlantic Coast Conference to appear in the rankings. The pair are also the highest-ranked players for the Class of 2014.
NC State joins Oregon State and UCLA as the only teams to have more than one player make the list.
